My Debit card was reported missing on XX/XX/year>. After I reported the card lost, Chase found some charges international/ foreign charges that I did NOT authorize. CHASE Closed my checking account ending in XXXX and did not return the money from my account. They also calling me to pay the charges on my checking account that was NOT authorize or no knowledge where all the charges come form. My checking/credit Account information was compromised. The CHASE representative asked me to provide a document and I did sent it to them by Fax from XXXX XXXX. No information of resolution was received from them.
