I attempted to contact the hotel involved to process a refund but they would not communicate with me so I filed a dispute with b of a. When I did so I was told that I was not eligible for provisional credit at that time or at any time. It has now been 28 days and Bank of America states only that they have contacted the merchant and are waiting for a response. The merchant stated they have approved the refund with b of a. Apparently for any dispute I file I am not eligible for provisional credit according to b of a. This charge was {$380.00}.
