On XX/XX/year>, cash was withdrawn from my account with a teller, I didn't notice the withdraw until XX/XX/year>, I called it in, and they told me it take three to five days, and they closed my account and gave me a new on. I went into the branch got my new account number and set up a passcode so this wouldn't happen again I tried to take extra security measures. I called almost every day to see if they to see if they had any updates. On the XXXX I spoke to a representative and they told me that they had stopped the investigation on the XXXX because they received an allege call claiming to unfreeze the account because it was a false claim. I never made that call they said that they reponed it when I called on the XXXX to ask if they had any updates and the processes started all over again mind you, I was never made aware the situation. The fraud representative told me they would expedite the case so I can get answers. On the XXXX money was withdrawn from a different branch and with a teller on the new account I was given. I have no idea how they were able to get this information in order to accesses my account online there is all these steps for verification, and I have no alerts. I reported to Chase various times that I am dealing with Identity Theft, and I have a police report. How these people got withdrew with money Chase Bank is unable to answer. I going to take extra measures to make sure Chase bank I liable for the money that was stolen from me. I spent various hours speaking to someone representatives and no one has been able to help me.
