Hi, I went to pay a credit card payment on XX/XX/year> - the payment due date - I was asked if I wanted to sign up for automatic payment, so I agreed and provided my banking information and a payment was approved on XX/XX/year>, the company never processed the payment and now they asked for a {$41.00} late fee. I tried to call customer service but was denied access to a manager, The XXXX women i was speaking to would not transfer me to a supervisor. The XXXX is XXXX or Continental. I had asked the women on the phone to close the account, but she rambled on how late fees would be taken out of my account, all I wanted as a credit of the {$41.00} late fee Please Help, this has upset me for hours
