I keep filing a complaint and they keep responding with the same response, verbatim. I CONTACTED XXXX numerous times already and they said that there's no way that they can help me at all, I was told be them each and every time I contacted them " Only MOHELA is able to take care of this issue ''. My student loans was approved for discharge through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX program in XXXX XXXX. However, my student loans still have not been discharged and is reflecting on my credit, I reached out to all of the credit agencies and they have all informed me, that they have not received any information regarding discharge. I keep contacting MOHELA and they keep disregarding my complaint and sending me a copy and paste message to each complaint. I was approved for discharge and they need to discharge it.
