I stayed in a hotel on XXXX that ran a preauthorization hold on the card ( I paid for the actual stay in cash ), the hotel charged {$46.00} but the card placed a hold on {$70.00} the hotel batched out but the charge stayed on my account as a " pending transaction '' for over a XXXX and now it is no longer showing as a pending transaction or a posted transaction it's just gone but the money has not been returned to my balance. The card did this with some smaller transactions ( $ {$11.00} XXXX for XXXX XXXX and {$7.00} for XXXX ) they are stealing money since this is a prepaid card they are just stealing the money and it's disgusting. I want my money back.
