Consumer Narrative

Chase advertised XXXX free nights for the Marriott XXXX card upon {$5000.00} of purchases within the first 3 months. I reviewed statement history and never received this benefit. Called and was told I should have. Received an email stating I did not qualify and balance transfers, money orders did not qualify. I only made purchases and no type of gambling related expenses during this time. I expect the benefit.
