This issue is with Best Buy Case # doc id XXXX. On XX/XX/year>, a paymt of {$2300.00}, was accepted by Best Buy XXXX, XXXX. It was reflected on my XX/XX/XXXX acct statement. However, a ghost charge of {$2000.00} appeared on the same statement as a transaction. XXXX XXXX XXXX validated that No purchase or transaction had occurred. Therefore should Never had existed. Ive contacted customer service for Best Buy and Citibank each pointing the finger at the other. Ive generated multiple disputes with No valid resolution. Ive requested to speak to Research/Investigation Team Members, but have been denied any correspondence in hopes to resolving this issue.
