This has also been stated by the Department of Education as the XXXX plan continues to be dealt with in court. Received a statement on XX/XX/year> for XX/XX/year> payment due. Received letter dated XX/XX/year> stating my loans are being put in a forced forbearance due to ongoing litigation ( attached ). On XX/XX/year>, screen shots from Mohela show my balance increased from XXXX statement to {$200000.00} ( ~ {$900.00} ) - again no interest is to be accruing at this time ( attached ). A screenshot from Studentloan.gov, also from XX/XX/year>, shows a different balance ( presumably more accurate because no additional interest is on there ( attached ).
