My loans were forgiven by Dept of education through public service loan forgiveness prior to the processing pause. Only half of my loans were discharged despite all of them being forgiven and approved. I have made over XXXX qualifying payments. When the processing pause started my account was in administrative forebearance and I was waiting for the remainder of my loans to be discharged. My account then had a balance due listed ( which I reached out to mohela about ) but was still in forebearance. My forebearance ended this week and was not renewed and now my account is past due. This could negatively impact my credit rating. Mohela does not read any messages sent to them. All responses are just scripted and don't answer questions.
