On XX/XX/2024, my check card with US Bank stopped working I then called the bank and USbank told me to visit a branch to get my money. I was then denied my money upon visiting a usbank branch with no explanation as to exactly what is going on. I have received nothing in the mail a week later. In the past I have disputed multiple transactions on my account for multiple reasons and have provided in depth explanation for every single dispute complying with and assisting usbank in its investigation and whether or not I keep provisional credit has been up to Usbank and it is my right to dispute any and all charges involving my account. Just because I dispute doesn't necessarily mean there's been fraud there are numerous reasons why a transaction should and can be disputed including fraud. So there you have it I have disputed multiple transactions well within my right and USbank in turn retaliates against me by locking my account and withholding my hard earned money with no correspondence received or any indication as to exactly what the bank is doing to resolve it's own concerns and return my money. I owe " USBANKCORP '' absolutely NOTHING. Every transaction and dispute with my student checking account with USbank has been resolved and my account is current. I have been providing no information as to exactly what to expect in terms of receiving my money and I am being denied access to my property. I need USBANKCORP TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY ASAP my account ending in XXXX currently has $ XXXX this is the amount I am owed.
