In XX/XX/XXXX I received a {$2400.00} bill out of the blue from a collection agency named " Phoenix Financial '' for " medical services '' which I supposedly received in XXXX. This claim is completely new to me. I know nothing of these services, I requested proof and documentation from them, and they have ignored these requests for information. It has damaged otherwise great credit rating. I sent the following message to them via their online dispute form on XX/XX/XXXX : Account XXXX. I dispute this debt today, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX EST. Please send me copies of what you believe is the bill or bills for this matter and the names, description and details of the services therein. My dispute of this debt is entered within the window of time provided to me by you via US Mail indicating that can call or write to you by XX/XX/XXXX, and that is what l am doing here. Please rescind all adverse credit bureau notifications submitted two days ago and provide me with confirmation of this. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Ive received nothing from them in the US mail, phone, or email regarding this matter.
