My car was stolen. Per 15 USC 1692f, non-judicial repossession is illegal. USAA has no court order that was provided to me nor the third party they had come steal the vehicle. There was NO notification, nor did I give my consent for them to provide my personal information to a non-affiliated 3rd party, which is identity theft. This contract was rescinded for FRAUD non disclosure, and lack of consideration, and the Power of Attorney was revoked. There is no lien holder. This action was not lawful and I will be taking further legal action against ALL parties who continue to allow abusive and deceptive practices.
