This XXXX Complaint was CLOSED prematurely and not resolved. If this company resolves things like the credit card company, then this whole world is going to XXXX and corporations are not being held liable for their actions. Just like this fake protection bureau. The credit card company called me, contradicting what they wrote in their response to this report. They even stipulated their agent was in the wrong, and gave me wrong information enclosed the card without just. I've asked for the transcripts in the XXXX recordings email to me, and I still have yet to see any of that documentation. There still has been no warning when they raised my APR without notice, and I've asked to speak to an officer of the company for going on three months now, and no one is calling me back that is in that authority. It seems like this consumer financial protection Bureau is about as useless as the credit card company because no one is doing XXXX about any of these issues.
