On XX/XX/XXXX I was granted an administrative forbearance until XXXX due to some person issues within my family and lack of employment. However I received another notice that my repayment will start XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to contact someone via phone only to be met with a busy signal or waiting on hold for hours. I attempted to use the chat and was told I needed to resubmit another application. This is extremely frustrating because I am getting no answers as to why this changed. I am not able to submit an online application I have to print the application. I dont have access to a printer.
