On XX/XX/year> a payment for {$550.00}, On XX/XX/year> a payment for {$970.00} and on XX/XX/year> a payment for {$340.00} was ordered to be made from my checking account ending in XXXX to " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) via Citibank NA online portal. The beneficiary ( XXXX ), has denied ever receiving these funds. In fact they provided copies of their statement showing NON-Receipt of funds. Citibank can NOT and has NOT been able to provide satisfactory evidence that would show indisputably that XXXX has received these funds. For example a routing number to the bank they claim to have paid, an account number they credited, the name and address of the company they paid or a confirmation from the bank where XXXX recieved those funds. The only thing Citibank is proving is a " confirmation letter saying that they confirm payment was made as instructed ''. Well that also falls short of proving they made payment as my instructions were to pay via check to a po box . No check was ever sent nor presented to us as evidence that ( XXXX ) received the proceeds. To date, we are unable to confirm XXXX received payment and XXXX is threatening to send my account to collection because of the missing payments. We have spent hours with Citibank on the line, they have issued a number of case # XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX then XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and most recently XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. It has been escalated to manger levels and No one can provide Name of Bank they paid, XXXX XXXX XXXX name and address to where payment was sent, a confirmation fro m the Beneficiary that they indeed received the funds. Citibank is not Cooperating to help resolve this matter which could result in a lien or foreclosure against me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
