On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase online at XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX that same day the purchase was reallocated into two orders one for XXXX and the other for XXXX that equals XXXX the two separate charges has cleared but the original charge for XXXX hasnt been returned as a credit to my account. Why are my funds being held and why Im I being charged double when I make online purchases. I believe that Im being discriminated against because Ive been a customer since XXXX and never had any outstanding fees against my account.
