Contacted the company I purchased through. They approved the refund and stated the seller must pay return shipping. I had to provide the seller with the fee first for then to approve the cost of the return for reimbursement. The seller would not approve. The company stated they could give me future credit. I advised I wanted to send the broken item back and I do not want a credit. They have a guarantee that item must meet expectations or refund is provided. The eventually stopped responding. I started a dispute with citi card and they kept saying they didn't get the evidence I provided where they said I would get a refund from the seller. Citi finally said they got the evidence and dispute will be resolved by XXXX. They will no longer help. I received damaged goods I want to send back and get a refund and no one is cooperating.
