This is in regards to a CitiBank XXXX XXXX AAdvantage credit card that I currently hold. Unauthorized charges appeared on the account XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX for {$1400.00} each. I had reported the activity immediately to CitiBank immediately and they sent me a new card and directed me to their customer service team to make a dispute. The last call I had made to the Citi Bank customer service team ( XXXX ) in the middle of XX/XX/XXXX, someone named XXXX from their team assured me that the XXXX unauthorized charges and interest charges would be credited by XX/XX/XXXX, after the closing of the previous billing cycle, however the charges have not been credited to my account as of XX/XX/XXXX, which is two billing cycles after the unauthorized charges occurred. I have made several phone calls and spent several hours speaking with their customer service and fraud teams and have yet to see resolution to the matter.
