I have a couple different accounts under synchrony Bank I didn't realize immediately but later that each one of them were tied in as I registered them for online access. I have a CareCredit account for my wife 's XXXX and I have a Sam 's card and I have a TJ Maxx Mastercard rewards card for my wife. She's trying to handle the business but they keep denying her as she is just an authorized user. But these things are also affected her credit. As of earlier this year they continue to decrease all my limits even though I'm paying on the car every month. I've had instances where I receive increases to my credit limits but never a decrease. And it seems to only be with synchrony Bank products. This is really hard in my credit because it continues to decrease my credit limit which decreases my usage my wife 's car has been maintaining a 30 % or less usage since earlier in the year in order to upper score and it has really affected her as well. She went from a {$500.00} credit limit on TJ Maxx to XXXX to XXXX and this is ridiculous. It's always happening in the middle of the closing of a statement where which we've paid a certain balance based on the current limit and all of a sudden it changes. They claim to have sent letters but we don't get any notification till I first done. Can you please have the original
