Consumer Narrative
I purchased flooring at Lowes in XXXX of XXXX. I specifically used my Lowes card because I had the option of free installation or 24 months no interest. I chose the 24 month no interest. I was excited about this because I could set the bill up on autopay in easy amounts, which I did and have been paying. I recently was charged interest on my account and I reached out to Lowes. They claimed that this was a 60 day no interest offer. They flat out lied to me to make the sale. I would have either paid cash or paid the card off sooner. I feel that they were deceptive in their offer and credit communications.
