This is in regard to Southeast Toyota finance out of XXXX Alabama, I have had recent issues with my credit score being wrongfully lowered due to inaccurate information being place on my credit account by Southeast Toyota Finance. My score had dropped down almost XXXX points due to non posting of payments! I have constantly made my payments on time, but XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of 2024, they have posted that I have been late with my payment. I will be uploading all of my payments for the entire year of 2024. Hopefully you will see the inaccurate information that has been place on my account therefore lowering my credit score! I have also been harassed by different representative after I have already made payments for those months! I received a notice in the month of XX/XX/year> for a right to cure my automobile! Then in the month of XX/XX/year> saying if I didnt pay a certain amount, they were going to charge my account off because, they said I didnt respond to a letter that they never sent me within 10 days! So I requested that they resend this letter that I never received! So I received another letter on XXXX the XXXX dated XXXX the XXXX 2024 stating that I owed an amount of {$1000.00}, which is not true! They have been saying this since XXXX of 2024 and I have made several payments since then, and you will see this in my documents that I will be uploading that I have been making my payments! They also took XXXX $ away from my, and put it towards something else, but this was supposed to be for my XXXX car payment! This is what the representative told me! My actual balance should be a little over {$300.00} dollars!
