I have deposited check of {$5800.00} on XX/XX/2024 at Bank Of America XXXX, XXXX location. The check is from my other bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am been doing such check deposit every 15 days. Fund was always available the very next day to withdraw or any bill payment. This time, check was put on hold till XX/XX/2024. However, fund is already been taken out from my other bank on XX/XX/2024. So neither the money is available in my XXXX XXXX XXXX account, nor it is available in Bank Of America account to use. This is preventing me to pay bills and un-necessary trouble. When I contacted Bank Of America ( I talked to customer service manager XXXX and then XXXX XXXX, they could only raise a complaint with XXXX. They couldn't provide me any information about verification department which would verify my check and credit the check amount.
