On XX/XX/year> went to purchase a XXXX XXXX from the Apple XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX. The Apple XXXX XXXX advised that I should open an Apple Card so that I could get discounts. He set up application via my phone. I purchased the XXXX XXXX and later returned it within the return period on XX/XX/year>. The Apple rep said the account was credited. Over two months later I get alerts from my credit bureaus that I am delinquent on the Goldman Sachs / Apple Card. I immediately contact Goldman Sachs on XX/XX/year> and they say that I received Apple XXXX because of the purchase I made but there was a balance on the card because of the Apple XXXX they credited me. I advised that I never got a statement stating this. They spent over 30 minutes trying to rectify a credit in Apple XXXX in my wallet ( which I never used or saw ) and a balance on the card ( which I also never saw ) and they needed technical support to move the credit to pay my Apple card balance. I told the Goldman Sachs / Apple rep that I want this lateness removed from my credit bureaus. I never have received any notifications from Goldman Sachs, no statements, phone calls nothing. She said she would submit paperwork on my behalf. I never heard back. I contacted the XXXX and they are still working on the case # XXXX since XX/XX/year>. I just want the negative reporting to be removed from my credit bureaus. I had a score of XXXX and now this blemish has dropped me to XXXX which impacts my credit worthiness.
