Apple implied im using a lost card as a reason for a decline, which is illogically incorrect. Clearly systematically something is off with the system algorithmically. Why make the implication versus using critical thinking, outside the normal scope of the narrative?! It not only was embarrassing being declined at the point of sale. It was very offensive to imply im using a lost card, as if im illiterate. I had repeatedly stated im using the brand new card out the box and asked for solutions! I now have to have a replacement card sent that doesnt appear to even have been processed! Which theres NO guarantee would work, or that id be in the same predicament again.
