In early 2020 my apartment was broken into and several identity documents were stolen. After this theft I found several accounts had been opened in my name without my knowledge and then later found that several accounts that I had opened had been compromised by a third party. I did open a Robinhood account along with their Spend account. I later discovered that my Robinhood account had been accessed by a third party and several withdrawals from my spend account card had taken place. I attempted to dispute this with Robinhood both online and through their app but their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and after multiple attempts over the course of many months to file this dispute I finally had to resort to filing this complaint with hopes that this intervention will cause Robinhood to finally act. I did file a police report and have attached the report to this complaint along with a full list of items to be disputed.
