XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, Minnesota. XXXX XXXX Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 1700 G Street XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account : XXXX Complaint against Mohela Student Loan Server To : Whom It Concern Hello my name is XXXX XXXX and I am a recent XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX, Minnesota. I have presented you with this complaint because I am totally baffled with the current Loans that I have been presented with by the student loan server MOHELA, as well as the department of education 's website. Not long ago I looked on the department of education website and I saw that all of my consolidated loans had been paid in full, meaning they were forgiven by the XXXX administration. I then went back to the website 2 or 3 weeks later and I noticed that there had been more loans posted and the entire loan amount that had initially been forgiven was now reposted. I then noticed that the loan server that was accusing me of having loans was MOHELA, which has not been my loan server, ( My Loan server is XXXX ). This is what left me baffled, the question that i asked myself was why in the world didnt MOHELA claim to be my loan server when I was consolidating all of my loans? And why didnt MOHELA bring up these new loans when all the rest was under review for loan forgiveness? Why did MOHELA wait until my previous loans were forgiven to implement new loans? The only answer that I could come up with is that MOHELA wanted to bring back the old loans by implementing new loans, making it seem as if I never received loan forgiveness. I feel that this is a plot to keep me going in circles and in dept with loans. Enclosed is documentation to show that i sent other complaints in the past and no one has contacted me. Complaint sent prior to this one XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Minnesota. XXXX XXXX XXXX Department of education complaint department XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DC XXXX Suspected student loan fraud This complaint is in concern of a recent letter that I obtained from MOHELA federal student aid agency in XXXX, Missouri. XXXX, this letter is claiming that I have new loan consolidations and that I can start getting ready to pay these loans. the account number is # XXXX, this letter is showing two different loan amounts, one loan amount is XXXX, and the second loan amount is showing XXXX, both consolidation dates is XX/XX/XXXXXXXX The problem is that all of my loans have already been consolidated and this is shown by aid advantage, and all of my loans have also been forgiven, paid in full. This is also shown by the department of education, my total loan amount was only XXXX and all of that has been consolidated. Those are the only loans that I had. My original loan server was XXXX, and then my loans were given to XXXX. And the amount never changed from server to server. These new loans are not my loans, there is no way that I could have borrowed over XXXX dollars in student loans, and I know that I did not. this is a suspected fraud loan situation and I am contesting this loan.
