Dear Mr. / Ms . C.F.O. : I REFUSE TO PAY THIS DEBT or ANY DEBT WITH PAYPAL/ SYNCHRONY BANK! Your company has repeatedly overdraft my bank account, claiming that I owe a debt under PAYPAL/Synchrony Bank account number Account Ending In XXXX. I do not believe that I owe this debt in pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 8, and I am disputing it and allowing you appropriate time to show evidence of this debt to be valid. Such conduct from your company has caused me to suffer severe Financial Harm, humiliation and embarrassment, emotional distress, and physical discomfort. You have violated 15 USC 1692 ( c ) of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act by harassing me regarding this debt. I demand that you cease and desist from this activity as soon as possible within fifteen ( 15 ) days from your receipt of this Notice. This includes eliminating XXXX XXXX account from your records, discontinuing and retracting reports to any and all credit reporting bureaus, and ceasing any and all communications to XXXX XXXX by Email, mail, and otherwise.
