On XX/XX/scrub>XXXX I was given a certified mail for civil complaint about a credit card in XXXX that was opened and maxed out. I live in XXXX, PA and have been at the same address for over 20 years. I did not open any account in XXXX or any other states. I have never heard of Synchrony Bank. The amount charged on the card that was taken out was XXXX dollars. I never received a bank statement or notification of this account opening.
