On XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX someone made fraud transaction from my chase account. There were multiple transactions and on multiple locations like spanning from XXXX to XXXX Apparently, XXXX knows how it shows that they made transaction through my debit card but that's impossible. I have the card in possession and i never share the details with anyone in the world. I made a claim in chase and they rejected saying since the transaction were made through debit card we can not do anything. I asked them to reconsider but they want me to prove that i was not involved. Infact they should be proving me that i did all of that. I traveled from XXXX XXXX XXXX with in an hour and made grocery purchase.they dont have answer to that. I am completely unware of how this happened and now helplessly making this complaint
