Previously filed a complaint due to in accuracy on credit report. Company has still failed to report accurate information regarding payment statuses on this account. Previously did not pro vide validation of debt within 30 days as required. I am asking due to the violation of the fair credit reporting act that this account will be deleted as it is not reflecting, accurate statuses. Creditor has had numerous times to get this correct even under a complaint through the CFPB and has still failed to do so. Not only was I sold a lemon by this company, but was not even able to return it when I requested to within what they call a grace period that I was told did not exist at the time. Regardless of them selling me a lemon it is not right that they are not abiding by the current fair credit reporting act. They have had numerous times to get this account corrected and have failed to do so. With that being said, I am requesting the account be permanently deleted off my credit report to avoid any legal action. The creditor must also provide a free copy of the updated report. Which did not happen previously.
