In XX/XX/XXXX I was Late paying my mortgage. I applied for a loan modification in XX/XX/XXXX and was told to make 3 months of payments at the new amount and they would make the new amount permeant. I made all payments on time but they reported me XXXX days late every month until XX/XX/XXXX. They should have only submitted the one late payment from XXXX but have shown me late even when making all payments at their new amount on time since.
