In XXXX and XXXX, I was a tenant at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX During my tenancy, I experienced significant issues, including a missing lease, moldy conditions, and lack of maintenance. Due to these problems, I filed a counter-suit against the apartment complex after receiving an eviction notice.
