I had someone fraudulently try to access my online banking account that is required for 53.com ( Fifth Third Bank ) to process my mortgage payments. I called them to report the fraud and they told me to call back tomorrow. Additionally, it is impossible to get a human through their online banking or phone routing system. I essentially used * multiple times to get to the credit card department to see if they couldn't route me to someone or help me. I am writing this complaint after continual " non-customer service '' and they are not taking any steps to address a fraudulant access to my account. I am stuck with them after they purchased my mortgage so I did not choose this bank by choice. What can be done to make them more responsive fraudulant activity? Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
