XXXX XXXX XXXX reported to the credit bureaus that my account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/year> which is not accurate. CFPB was privy to new information on XX/XX/year> from XXXX that included statements showing that the credit line was open and had available credit. I have been disputing this with XXXX XXXX XXXX for months and escalated this to CFPB on XX/XX/year> because now TransUnion has been negligent in their investigation. Trans Union closed the case as satisfied to which XXXX XXXX XXXX did not provide proof in their response to address the dispute. This inappropriate reporting harmed my credit by over 170 points on all credit bureaus. It also caused my other creditors to reduce my lines of credit and or closures to lines due to the dramatic change on my credit score. Further causing more harm to my wellbeing.
