I was unable to be verified via phone despite giving SSN, DOB, Full name, Address, etc and they said I couldn't be verified ( equifax ) and to try logging in again and see if things changed. I've had XXXX addresses in the past few years so I finally tried my initial address to log in, which worked. There are multiple issues now. 1. ) it will not let me file a dispute online 2. ) my DOB is not even there ( XX/XX/1992 ) 3. ) There is not a single file shown of my credit despite the other two bureaus showing it. Something is seriously wrong and I need to get down to it as this is a major concern. When trying to speak to an agent at equifax, they " couldn't authenticate me '' because they couldn't locate me despite address, name, ssn and dob. This is insane as it's almost like I don't exist in the world even though I didn't have an issue with XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I need some answers as to why my existence isn't populating in their system.
