I Had emailed XXXX XXXX tax bill to Mr Cooper way back in XXXX, XXXX, 2024 on XXXX, and not received any response for XXXX months that XXXX XXXX tax bill was paid. To my frustration I received the defaulted tax bill / delinquent account from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and contacted Mr Cooper for the reason why the tax was not paid. I contacted Mr Cooper on XX/XX/XXXX for a Refund on my Property taxes, which they did not pay to XXXX XXXX and I had to pay the {$6200.00} XXXX XXXX directly with a Penalty of {$190.00} as I did not want a penalty and delinquent account. I was then told that they would refund me the {$6200.00} via a check in XXXX to XXXX business days, which I did not receive yet. ( My Account still shows that Mr Cooper has paid XXXX XXXX taxes - Untrue, they never paid it ). I was also being charged {$770.00} each month by their escrow account for this tax as part of my mortgage. For a tax bill they never paid. I called them again on XX/XX/XXXX and they said that they have mailed a check of {$3900.00} towards the refund and not the agreed {$6200.00} which I paid. I asked why. They said that the balance has gone back to the XXXX account- Did not make sense. What happens to the {$6300.00} I paid directly to XXXX XXXX alongwith penalty for their delay, Their answer- We will conduct another analisys and determine what next. I am frustrated, that I am paying double the payments - to XXXX XXXX and the Mortgage company. I have all the payment receipts and details, which I can share on request. Pls help!
