This should also include all information mandated by 15 USC 1637 ( b ). Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), you have 30 days from the receipt of this letter to provide me with the requested information. If the information is not provided within this timeframe, I will assume that you are unable to verify the accuracy of the late payments listed above, and I request that these late payments be removed from my account and consumer report with all relevant consumer reporting agencies, including but not limited to XXXX, and TransUnion. Please ensure that any corrections made to my account are forwarded to my address as listed below.
