On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX asked me for my social security number to access my credit report to see what accounts I needed most help on, he then proceeded to ask for my bank account number and Direct Deposit number. After that he then said he was able to lower my interest rates on two of my credit cards, then at the end he said theres a service fee that he didnt not mention in the beginning. The Website says that its a free consultation. They charged me XXXX dollars. When I received an email from XXXX to register with a link, I click it and it took me to a Caution page, saying that that page was impersonating Customer Credit Counseling Foundation. Im going to call my bank and asked for a new debit card, and I paused my card at the moment. What else can I do?. Is my identity stolen, I need help please, Im a single mom that is just trying to get through life.
