I changed my homeowners insurance policy in XXXX. I have called, emailed, once a week since then. I keep getting the same undelivered promises. No calls me back, My mortgage is still the same and they keep telling me they are going fix it. Also PMI was supposed to end in XXXX and I'm still paying that even though I've called for 2 months now! I don't know what do. We are overpaying ... and no one will fix it!
