Consumer Narrative

Complaint Reason : Unauthorized Accounts, Reinsertion of Blocked Accounts, and Violation of Consumer Rights Upon reviewing my credit report, I identified unauthorized fraud accounts. Additionally, I discovered that an account previously blocked and deleted has been reinserted into my report. Despite my efforts, including providing a Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) report, my California state drivers license, and my Social Security card, the credit bureau has failed to take corrective action, which is a violation of both federal and California consumer protection laws. I would like to see all documents pertaining to the account listed in the notice to start a reinvestigation dispute that I have attached. The credit reporting agency has verified these items. They stated that they relied on the information that came the companies listed in the reinvestigation dispute. I don't agree with the companies reporting nor the credit reporting agencies decision to verify this account which is why I'm asking for the following :. Contract with my signature. . Proof that I have given the companies the authorization to report to the credit reporting agencies. . A complete payment history from the day the account was opened to the day it was closed. A history of all payments and interest applied. Please do not send me a standard one sheet paper proving your case. I would like to see what I have requested. The law allows this right.please send me this writhing 7 business days. Applicable Laws and Codes : 1.
