Credit Karma. Not sure if I am in the right section to complain. I have been using Credit Karma for a cpl yrs now. After hearing about the settlement about misleading approval odds I thought they stopped that practice. But they are still doing it. I have been working really hard on my credit for the past few months, and finally started seeing " outstanding '' approval odds on some unsecured credit card offers on credit karma. I decided to apply for one today, thinking the extra credit and not using it would help more score even more. With outstanding approval chances and hearing about the settlement a few months ago, I was mis-led thinking I would for sure get approved. I was denied and now many credit score dropped points again. I am so disappointed and deflated that this happened due to their mis-leading information and wanted to complain and report them. Please contact me for further info to report them!
