RE : One Main Account To whom this may concern, this is my second attempt to resolve a matter regarding the above account, The above alleged creditor failed to verify the debt therefore the IRS was informed, and the debt was discharged. You are currently violating several FCRA violations, and United States Code Violations. 15USC 1681s-3 states the term CONSUMER REPORTS does not include transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report.
