I have received a letter from XXXX XXXX saying that a credit card for {$3000.00} was opened in my name and home address. The email and phone number linked to the account did not belong to me. I tried to call their customer support, but only a robot would respond and ask me to provide a phone number linked to the account I did not know which phone they used to open the account. In the end, I found a wrong phone number added to my credit report, and called XXXX XXXX again, and asked the robot to close the account. The robot told me that someone has already purchased something for more than {$2900.00} via XXXX transactions. I still can not get any representative from XXXX XXXX to answer my call. I have frozen all my credit reports on the XXXX credit bureaus, filed a police report and a report with FTC.
