The Original Debt. was settled and Closed with a XXXX Balance with Conn 's however, After settlement the settled Debt. was sold as if never PAID to Portfolio Recovery in the Amount of {$680.00} and I been Disputing it because it was Closed & Settled with Conn 's. However, I do not have the File number but the Dispute with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> was NOT completed until early XXXX VIOLATED the Consumer 's Fair Credit Act rights as required by the act to reply within 30 Days. In light of this Violation I think the Company should PAY the Violation FEE of {$1000.00} and Remove the Collection from My Credit report which by the State of Texas Statute of DEBT Limitation Law of 4 Years has expired making it a Non Valid DEBT. in fact BOTH of My Portfolio Recovery Debts are beyond the Statute of Limitations and should be removed from My Credit Report. I Do Not appreciate the fact that the Notes say : Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements when in reality how does it meet FCRA requirements when it was an active unresolved Dispute from XXXX to XXXX that is in fact a Direct Violation of My rights under the FCRA Law.
