I had my XXXX stolen for me and I was not able to cancel all the subscriptions.And free trials and I was not able to get back into account.Because I did not have the phone number to connect it to it.And I did not set up the XXXX properly. I even called my bank and told them about this situation and that there might be frozen charges that I won't be able to stop and they were not complient in helping me. Disputed too many times. I contacted XX/XX/XXXXand they were only able to do charge backs for the previous 2 months. And they said that I need to do a charge back with my bank. But my bank has not been successful in processing this dispute and ask for proof and I'm saying that they have the proof because it was between my conversations with them and my data that there should have seen that.This was the charges that I was talking about. I had soundtrap All five charges. I didn't even dispute the XX/XX/XXXX account. Still have to figure out what profile account that was setup with. Thank you in addressing this matter and helping resolve this issue. I have put way to much effort to keep track of my funds at the same time try to balance all I have on my plate while remaining active and attrmpting to live a healthy lifestyle. Thank you.
