Lead Bank is reporting inaccurate and predatory information that has manipulated me and manipulated the credit system. They are using predatory practices of reporting charge-offs on multiple months in a row to extend the life time of the debt on my credit reports to further tarnish my reputation as a young individual. The charge off is only supposed to happen ONCE. Lead Bank is reporting a charge off from XX/XX/XXXX and then SKIPPING MONTHS to go to XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX which is impossible because if it was charged off on XX/XX/XXXX thats it! You cant charge off the same account again after that with a balance that I cant even use. Inaccuracies across the board to manipulate me and hurt me for years to come of my young life. A CLEAR VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AND LAWS FOR A FAIR AND ACCURATE REPORTING. They are purposely reporting false charge off months and information on my credit report so they can have it reporting for longer than it is even legally supposed to be on my report. I have the proof of this on all credit reporting documents. I need this report deleted and completely erased off my credit reports so it doesnt tarnish my reputation and further affect my wellbeing. I want this account deleted off my reports completely!
