I have previously submitted a complaint # XXXX Comenity about this issue and they denied I was a customer. I am very much a customer and I am the ONLY one on the account. My account number with Comenity Bank/Alpheon is XXXX. This is fraudulent. I was charged {$3600.00} in interest on my balance of {$2400.00} on XX/XX/year>. I enrolled in an interest free for 24 months account through my XXXX XXXX office. I paid the amount they assigned each month. However, at the end of the period, I was suddenly charged an additional {$3600.00} in interest. I called several times and spoke to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX from XX/XX/year> all of whom said they were " supervisors '' /senior account specialists when I asked for a supervisor. I also wrote a letter on XX/XX/year> to Comenity Bank detailing the situation and their response redirected me back to the XXXX number with no acknowledge or resolution. All to no avail. I offered to pay the balance ton the phone with XXXX the day I realized I was charged that much interest but was told I could not. just pay the balance and delete the interest. This is an illegal and unscrupulous practice and it is adversely affecting my pristine credit score and my future financial endeavors. Please advise me on how to delete this from my credit as they have already stated I am not a customer. Thank you for intervening for me.
