I've been doing business with Venmo for some time and i complied with all of their requests, i supplied them with my SS. number my residence address, my telephone number, my email address, my personal account number at XXXX XXXX my business account number at XXXXXXXX XXXX Then one day they freezed my account for no good reason only saying they need to verify that this account belongs to me and the only way they will do it is if I will send them a photograph of my ID, I told them I don't feel comfortable sending my ID over the internet and they have enough information if they need to verify that this account belongs to me. I called a few times and spoke to different representatives none of them could help me unfreeze the account saying the only way I can do it is by complying. and now i have to send them a SELFIE of me holding my ID in addition to a copy of my ID card. i really don't feel conferrable doing that. I have attached the email thread I've been discussing with them. At this point they will not let me transfer my funds to the same bank they have on file or let me make any purchases.
