I looked at my credit report and noticed that there were fraudulent accounts, incorrect public record reporting, as well as, numerous errors in the addresses, telephone numbers, and employment information on my credit report. I then filed several disputes with the furnishers of the information by way of the credit reporting agencies. I then sent additional information to the creditors after they requested it. I did inform them that the items were because of Identity Theft and I also sent in the proper documentation in the form of a Federal Identity Theft Report, A Dispute Affidavit signed and notarized informing them of what I was requesting, per my rights as a consumer under the FCRA ( Section 623 ( a ) ( 6 ) and Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) ) ( Section 605 ( B ) and Section 605 ( f ), the accounts that I was requesting to be blocked or deleted because of the ID Theft, ( Section 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( E ) ), as well as the remedy for the effects of the Identity Theft. Both the credit reporting agencies and the creditors themselves. received copies of all this information and for the most part, they both basically ignored the laws of the Federal FCRA 15 USC Section 1681-1681y, Section 623 ( a0 ( 1 ) ( A ) and ( a ) ( 1 ) ( C ) Reporting Inacurate Information 623 ( e ) Accuracy of Information Provided by CRA and the finishers of said information.623 ( a ) ( 2 ) Duty To Correct and Update Information These are some of the laws that they have broken.
